Halo Infinite Trailer at E3

Halo is an interesting series with some great games, some good games, and some not so good games. It has a vast amount of lore and many amazing stories to tell. Since Halo 5 ended on a cliffhanger, you had to expect a new Halo would come around sooner or later, and it has.

During the Microsoft showed a trailer for the next installment in the series, Halo Infinite.

For about half the trailer, we get scenes of the gorgeous landscape and the fauna that populate the area. Then we see four UNSC marines who appear to have been in a fight attempting to get evac.

The camera then shows us what looks to be a Spartan holding their helmet. The helmet looks like it’s part of the Mjolnir armor, but it isn’t as detailed as it was in Halo 5. Instead it appears to be more similar to that of the older Halo games.

The small amount of physique we do get to see of the Spartan somewhat looks to be feminint, so it may be possible that a female Spartan may be taking main stage in this iteration.

Then we see a warthog driving around with some Forerunner installations in the background. The field in which the warthog is driving looks more open, like it’s a large area for larger scale combat.

Then, the camera pans out and we see something we haven’t seen since for a while, a Halo game taking place on an actual Halo ring. We get a title card and then the screen fades to black.

But that’s not all, we then see the back of the Spartan’s helmet as they insert an AI chip into the back of their helmet.
